DISSECTING THE DA VINCI CODE

These three messages examine the claims in Dan Brown's blockbuster novel and movie in light of Biblical truth and historical fact.

1. The Holy Book:   Fact or Fiction

The Da Vinci Code claims that Constantine used the Council of Nicea in 325 A.D. to put the the Bible together to further his purposes for political power and to conceal the truth.     In this message,  Pastor Rick leads us to to see that the Bible existed and was accepted by the church long before the Council of Nicea.    Indeed,  the Bible is an extremely credible book.

2. The Holy Faith:  Pagan Or Holy

Is the gospel message preached today,  the original and authentic gospel message presented by Jesus and the first century Christians, or is it a fraud which replaced the original feminine and pagan gospel.   We must indeed  seek the Truth, for our eternity depends on it.

3. The Holy Son:  Human Or Divine

The central truth of Christianity rest on the person and work of Jesus Christ.  If we don't get that right, there's virtually no chance we'll end with the right destination.    The person of Jesus Christ confronts everyone of us with the question of who will be the ruler of our lives.  We must "Seek The Truth" as to the person of Jesus Christ.
