Lead Pastor - Mitch grew up in Ottawa, Ontario where he came to faith in Christ at the age of 17.
While at Carleton University, Mitch met his future wife, Anna. After graduating in 1989, Mitch and Anna moved to Regina, Saskatchewan, where they both attended Canadian Theological Seminary.  In 1994, Mitch and Anna moved to Huntsville, Ontario where he served as a youth pastor for 8 years.  Mitch then served for 14 years as the Senior Pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church in St. Catharines, Ontario.

Mitch began his current ministry as Lead Pastor of Parkway Bible Church in April 2017. Mitch and Anna are the proud parents of two adult sons. During his spare time, Mitch enjoys walking, playing and watching various sports and spending time with his family.

Associate Pastor - Pastor Don has served as an associate pastor at Parkway Bible Church for more than 20 years.
Pastor Don faitfully served The Lord for many years on the mission field in Brazil and in Guyana.

Pastor Don, also had a long tenure as the Senior Pastor of Scarborough Baptist Church.

At Parkway Bible Church, Pastor Don assists with pastoral care and leads the devotional teaching at our weekly prayer meeting.

His humble, faithful heart continues to be a blessing to our church family.

Youth Pastor - Brayden Salmon graduated from Tyndale University in the Winter of 2019 and served as a volunteer in our youth group.  In January 2021, he was hired as Youth Pastor.

Brayden has a strong passion for youth to find their identity in Christ. He loves to mentor and equip teens to be good leaders.

In his free time, Brayden loves to run, sing and soak up the sun.

Worship Director - Don studied marketing and music, and was in the music business for many years. Don came to Parkway after serving for 15 years as The Minister of Music from Westney Heights Baptist Church in Ajax. Don has a passion for composing, arranging, and leading music. He has 3 adult children and has been married to his wife Paula since 1986.

When not arranging charts and selecting new songs for Parkway, you can find him busy working on his YouTube Channel.

Don also greatly enjoys marketing, graphic design and website construction so looks after that for us at Parkway.

Church Secretary - Janet has run the office at Parkway for a long time. She won't say how long, but suffice it to say Janet knows the people of Parkway well, and can answer any questions you might have. 

Parish Nurse/Care Ministry - Linda is a blessing to our church, in that as a R.N. she knows a lot about health situations and circumstances to provide guidance for the congregation.  She also heads up the Care Ministry at Parkway.
